Dunes' Date

Jack and I were in Chesterton this past weekend and took advantage 

of the lovely weather by grabbing some KFC and heading to the Dunes.

A little over one year ago on another sunny day with another bucket of chicken, 

Jack and I went to the Dunes and it was there he asked me to be his wife.

The Dunes will always hold a special place in my heart for it was there that 

I said, "Yes" to my Jack.

Chicago was slightly visible - another one of our favorites since it was there that we first met... :)

Love this guy so much!

And yet another perfect picnic at the Dunes...yet this time as husband and wife! :)

Nicole's Birthday

On this day, my dear Nicole had her first birthday with me as a married couple.  

We celebrated by spending an evening in Chicago (our favorite city) and hopefully I will be posting a short video soon of some of the places we visited. :)

I have to say that after 4 and a half months with this wonderful lady, life couldn't be better and she blesses me every day with her cheerful spirit, hard work and wonderful thoughtfulness.

Her godly mentality and sweet spirit challenges me to be a better person every day and I love her with all my heart.  I can't wait to spend many more birthdays with her as my wife.

Thank you for being such a virtuous woman Nicole.   I love you, forever and always!
